Currently the group encompasses a Beach Club and a boutique hotel in Cala Vadella (Ibiza - Spain) and a newly opened hotel in Wengen (CH) (Hotel Caprice, four star).
• Assistance to lawyers in the negotiation phases (Spanish law) for the change of ownership. Coordination and supervision of all the start-up activities (choice and negotiation with suppliers, choice of concept, definition of offerings and related pricing). Repositioning of the brand image. Analysis and monitoring of online KPIs, and campaign ROI optimisation;
• Definition of planning, implementation and optimization of the Media On and Off Line plan, considering its efficacy and efficiency, using communication measurement tools relevant both to direct indicators (sales data) and to indicators of competitors, analyzing the insights related to communication targets;
• Coordination and development of specific researches (analysis of positioning, analysis of advertising investments, etc.) for supporting the definition of On/Off Line communication policies.
• Constant follow-up to shareholders to maximize their satisfaction and targets through a shared strategy;
• Use of the available products with high expertise to perform the activity while monitoring the developments.
