Since 2003 I have been working in Marketing and Communication, gaining deep experience in different fields, from fashion to publishing, to legal and ADV below the line, covering hight responsibility roles and coordinating teams. I started my career as an art director and then graduated with full marks in Sociology of Communication specializing in Social, Business and Advertising Communication. I attained a Master in Marketing and Digital Communication, going deep in the issues related to social languages. I master all graphic programs, integrating my photographic skills for both shooting and post production. I am used to manage complex projects in complete autonomy, being able to identify all critical issues that could intervene in each processes. In the social network field, I am able to define, produce and manage ADV campaigns on different channels, maximizing ROI both in terms of brand awareness and lead generations. As Head of Communication I was able to manage corporate communication on different levels, following both the corporate image with related support and definition of strategies to support the commercial network and organizing events and national and international fairs. Thanks to my interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and belonging I have been entrusted with the HR role.
